• Emergency contact name, relationship, address, and contact numbers
• Affiliation / Institution
• Educational details, field of study, year of study, and advisor / representative contact details
• Medical, medication, allergy, food or behaviour restriction, and health-related information provided for program support
• Language background and previous education language
• Billing, payment, application status, attendance, check-in, and administrative records related to the program
