• Program period, August 3-12, 2026 (Onsite 10 days) + 4 days (online: before and after the program).
• Payment by a credit card in Thai Baht can be done from overseas. Payment of 35,000 Thai Baht (Not including other bank fees) to a MFU account. After your application has been reviewed and confirmed, the organizer will send a payment request email with payment instructions. (Payment period: Tentatively from 15^th June until 31^st July 2026).
• The cost fee (35,000 Baht) does not include the airplane ticket from the student's country to Thailand. But this fee includes accommodation, meals (breakfast and lunch), drinks, all materials for the workshop, a T-shirt, and other fees when visiting other places outside the university during this program.
• On your arrival, MFU staff will pick up all participants at Mae Fah Luang International Airport, Chiang Rai (https://goo.gl/maps/zog3y3eu1rcea8jR9) by the university van.
• Any questions related to the payment should be discussed with International Short Course, MFU Co-ordinator.
• The English language will be used during this program, sometimes the Thai language will also be used during visiting several places outside MFU but most of the important info will be translated into English, and any related questions from participants will be treated individually.
• Any applicants with any medical condition may wish to draw this to the attention of the department concerned. Such information will be treated in confidence and is only requested in order that the College may offer advice on what facilities are available for students with special medical conditions.
• Much of the information of a personal nature, which is requested, on this form is required for administrative or statistical purposes. It should be noted that this information will be held and processed electronically.
• The program may be subject to cancellation if registration is below prescribed minimums (15 students).
• Applicants are advised to receive a confirmation from the coordinator before paying the fee & booking the flights.

MFU will prepare the submitted application record for participant confirmation and signature on arrival.
